What Your Machine Is Actually Telling You
CL is NOT an error code — it's a status indicator showing that Child Lock is activated. All buttons are disabled except Power.
LG unlock methods (varies by model):
- Method 1: Hold Temp + Options for 3 seconds.
- Method 2: Hold the two buttons on either side of the lock icon for 3 seconds.
- Method 3: Hold Prewash + Super Rinse for 3 seconds.
Check your control panel for a small padlock/key icon — the unlock buttons are adjacent to it.
